ZONEIT ACCOUNT ACCESS TERMS OF SERVICE​

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1. OVERVIEW​

This Account Access Terms of Service Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into by and between Zoneit ("Zoneit," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("you," "your," "User," or "customer") and is made effective as of the date of electronic acceptance. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of your use of Zoneit's Account Access Services (the "Services").

Your electronic acceptance of this Agreement signifies that you have read, understand, acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with Zoneit's Universal Terms of Service Agreement and any other agreements or policies that are expressly incorporated herein.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES​

The Services allow you ("the grantee") to request or accept limited or full access to another customer's Zoneit account, or you ("the grantor") to grant limited or full access to your Zoneit account to another Zoneit customer for purposes of website management, maintenance, or other authorized services.

3. GRANTOR TERMS​

As a grantor, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You should only grant access to grantees with whom you have an established and trusted business or personal relationship
  • You assume full responsibility for all actions and omissions by the grantee regarding your account
  • You may revoke grantee access at any time through your Zoneit dashboard
  • You authorize the grantee to:
    • Access and view account information (excluding payment details)
    • Make changes to account settings and configurations
    • Make purchases on your behalf using stored payment methods
    • Manage website content and settings
  • You are responsible for:
    • All purchases made by the grantee on your behalf
    • Complying with terms of any agreements entered by the grantee
    • All legal and financial obligations arising from grantee actions
    • Maintaining accurate account and contact information

4. GRANTEE TERMS​

As a grantee, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You will only request or accept access from grantors with whom you have an established and trusted relationship
  • You will use access privileges solely in the grantor's best interest
  • You must:
    • Keep grantor accounts and products separate from other accounts
    • Not transfer grantor accounts or products to any other party
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Maintain required licenses and permits for providing services
    • Conduct yourself professionally to protect grantor's reputation
    • Provide access logs and activity reports upon request
    • Use access only as authorized by the grantor

5. SECURITY AND ACCESS CONTROL​

5.1 Security Measures​

  • Multi-factor authentication required for sensitive operations
  • Activity logging and monitoring of all account access
  • Secure session management and timeout controls
  • Regular security audits and assessments

5.2 Access Levels​

  • View-only access: Limited to reading account information
  • Limited access: Specific feature and function restrictions
  • Full access: Complete account management capabilities
  • Custom access: Tailored permissions as defined by grantor

6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION​

6.1 Data Handling​

  • Access to account data is governed by our Privacy Policy
  • Personal information is protected per Victorian Privacy Laws
  • Grantee access is logged and monitored for security
  • Data access is limited to authorized purposes only

6.2 Confidentiality​

  • All account information must be kept confidential
  • No unauthorized sharing of account data
  • Security breach notification requirements apply
  • Data protection obligations survive termination

7. TERMINATION​

7.1 Termination Rights​

  • Either party may terminate access privileges at any time
  • Zoneit may suspend or terminate for Agreement violations
  • Immediate termination for security or abuse concerns
  • Access privileges automatically terminate with account closure

7.2 Post-Termination​

  • All access privileges cease immediately
  • Grantee must cease using all account information
  • Confidentiality obligations continue
  • Liability for prior actions survives termination

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Zoneit is not liable for grantor-grantee disputes
  • No liability for unauthorized access or misuse
  • No responsibility for grantee actions or omissions
  • Damages limited to amounts paid for Services

9. INDEMNIFICATION​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoneit from any claims arising from:

  • Your grant or use of account access
  • Violation of this Agreement
  • Unauthorized account activities
  • Disputes between grantors and grantees

10. MODIFICATIONS​

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of modifications.

11. GOVERNING LAW​

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS​

BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY MODIFICATIONS THEREOF.
